The West Gray - Bellaire office services the Inner Loop, Bellaire, Meyerland and other neighborhoods along the 610 Loop.  

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Carrie Lam

Carrie Lam is a dedicated real estate professional who brings patience, insight, and a team-oriented mindset to every transaction. Born in Hong Kong, China, and raised in Canada, Carrie relocated to Houston in 2008 with her husband’s job transfer, just as they were preparing to welcome their first child. Her international background, multilingual fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese, and firsthand experience with relocations give her a unique perspective when helping clients navigate important life transitions.

Carrie specializes in the Houston area, including Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Bellaire, West University, Timbergrove, the Heights, Sugar Land, and Katy. Having lived in Sugar Land for five years before moving to Oak Forest, she has deep familiarity with both Fort Bend County and the Inner Loop. As a mother of two daughters currently attending HISD schools and with experience applying to private schools, Carrie offers extensive knowledge of both the Houston ISD and Fort Bend school systems, making her an invaluable resource for families.

Known for her active listening skills and calm, steady presence, Carrie takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals. She is a skilled negotiator who works tirelessly to secure the best outcomes for those she serves. Carrie genuinely loves helping people find their dream home and move forward into their next chapter. She also values building long-term relationships with her clients. Outside of real estate, Carrie enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, and exploring different cultures.
